Tanya has been practicing in IP Law for over 22 years. She is Senior Intellectual Property Counsel & Manager for Camcar Innovations, a well-known name in the Fastener Industry where she manages an extensive global IP portfolio, including nearly 700 TM’s, over 150 patents, substantial Trade Secrets and Know-how. She provides daily support for Camcar’s extensive licensing program of over 190 Licensees globally. Prior to joining Camcar, Tanya was in private practice as a Patent Attorney, counseling clients regarding intellectual property and e-commerce law issues for patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret portfolios. She was also an Adjunct Professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Tanya started her career working as an Electrical Engineer for GM Truck and Bus. Tanya has a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
