After some time in private practice, Jen moved in house and has spent the last thirteen years helping her companies get to “yes” while reducing risk.  During this period, she has worked closely with business leaders setting intellectual property strategy and managing patent litigation matters.  She has also vigorously pursued competitors and former employees attempting to misappropriate trade secrets.
