Magdalena is currently engaged with M&A, including acquisition, carve-out, and Joint Venture deals relevant for all Bosch US industry sectors. Here, she is acting as the lead M&A counsel responsible for all legal topics and she also supports as the IP counsel assessing risk and opportunities related to open-source software compliance, copyrights, and licensing transactions. Prior to her role in M&A, Magdalena supported the Bosch US automotive and non-automotive business with IP relevant initiatives, such as R&D projects, commercial and standard setting collaborations, and Gov funded projects. She joined the Bosch Group in 2005 in Germany and transitioned to Bosch US in 2012. What made her stay with the Bosch Group for so long? She is especially passionate about the company’s value system and its high standards and commitment towards consumers and society, the diversity of projects, colleagues, and clients as well as the international exposure her work brings with it. Bosch has never stopped inspiring her to keep learning and growing.
