David Rood is Lead Counsel, Commercial and Supply Chain at Ford Motor Company. His work focuses on electrification and digital technology, and he regularly advises on cross-border agreements and software development and licensing arrangements. Before joining Ford, David worked at Bosch, where he developed a deep understanding of the automotive supply chain landscape. David is also a registered patent attorney and began his career in patent prosecution at Foley and Lardner, specializing in mechanical and design patents.
