Through her role as Senior Counsel at General Motors, Angela focuses on various intellectual property matters including trademarks, design patents, brand protection, and licensing.  Angela has led global IP protection efforts, including managing GM’s global trademark portfolio and a landmark Federal Circuit case that reshaped design patent law. She has been recognized for developing innovative processes that have streamlined operations, reduced costs, and increased capacity, and have resulted in significant brand infringement recoveries.  With extensive experience aligning legal strategies to business objectives, Angela focuses on bridging the gap between legal risk management and commercial priorities.
